Join us Thursday, August 25 from 6-8 p.m. for a memorable, adult-only summer evening. Starting with a welcome reception where guests can relax over a drink before picking their spot within the stunning Aga Khan Garden to enjoy delicious food and performances by local talent Steven Sware and Téa G. Each $200 ticket secures you and your plus one a spot at this event, along with a specially curated picnic box of charcuterie and drinks and a $100 tax receipt.

The University Hospital Foundation’s Festival of Trees has been Edmonton’s signature fundraising and friend-raising event for over 36 years, raising more than $23 million for critically important causes at the University of Alberta Hospital site and throughout the community.

Transforming Neurological Rehabilitation

Kicking off the 2022 Festival of Trees, Festival in the Garden is the beginning of our fundraising efforts for this year’s cause: neurological rehabilitation.

By 2031, the estimated number of Canadians hospitalized with a brain injury will increase by 28%. Together, we can transform neurological rehabilitation in Alberta and beyond, with the creation of an advanced Neuro Rehabilitation Innovation Centre at the University of Alberta Hospital. Our commitment to raise $1.2 million for this project will give researchers near-limitless opportunities to make groundbreaking discoveries that will impact the lives of those living with traumatic neurological conditions.
