MORE TO LOVE ABOUT the 2022 FESTIVAL OF TREES
There’s more to love about the University Hospital Foundation’s 2022 Festival of Trees – starting now!
Reimagined and more accessible than ever, the 2022 Festival of Trees presented by Landmark Homes will bring Edmontonians more events and experiences to enjoy from August through December. We’re giving a makeover to the Gala & Auction and Silver Bell Soiree, two must-attend holiday fundraising events. And, we’re bringing back the best of the best ideas from last year, like our instant-classic Santa’s Breakfast at the University of Alberta Botanic Garden and the cherished Festival in a Box.
It doesn’t stop there. Festival of Trees fans can enjoy a selection of decorated trees at our brand-new Winter Wonderland holiday market, and win big in support of our cause with the famous 50/50 Draw and festive Online Auction.
Join us for the 2022 Festival of Trees and Let It Shine all throughout Edmonton!
Festival in a Box
Our wildly popular Festival in a Box is back with two boxes to choose from: an adult box, perfect for a cozy night in, and a kids box with festive goodies.
A great way to enhance your festive décor, find the perfect gift for your loved one or treat yourself to a getaway, the Online Auction features one-of-a-kind items and luxury packages that can only be purchased through this opportunity.
Santa's Breakfast presented by Volvo Edmonton
One of our most popular events of the season, Santa’s Breakfast offers a sit-down breakfast in heated dining domes that seat up to six at the University of Alberta Botanic Garden. Plus, guests will enjoy on-site entertainment and visits from Santa.
50/50 Draw presented by Canadian Tire
There's more ways to win than ever with our 50/50 Draw, presented by Canadian Tire. Get your tickets before December 1 for a chance at early bird prizes. Plus, we're giving away $1,000 a day every day in January with the new Cash-A-Day Giveaway!
Winter Wonderland Holiday Market
Our Winter Wonderland holiday market features indoor and outdoor activities, including a collection of vendors from the Old Strathcona Farmer’s Market, our Secret Shop for children, and a selection of decorated trees.
This year, funds raised at the Festival of Trees will support a new Neuro Rehabilitation Innovation Centre at the University of Alberta Hospital. For patients with debilitating brain and spinal cord injuries, early access to advanced rehabilitation is critical to recovery. It’s also hard to get. Currently, the wait to be transferred to an inpatient rehab facility is between two weeks to a month.
With your support, we are going to provide these patients with early access to innovative treatments and state-of-the-art technology – getting them the care they need when they need it the most.
